what are colouring cookie kits?
They are a mess-free alternative to traditional 'cookie decorating'! Kits come in a variety of sizes and include our signature iced sugar cookies, (each printed with a unique edible ink stencil) as well as an assortment of mini food colouring markers! 
are your products free from peanuts & nuts?
Yes! Our cookies are manufactured in a peanut and nut free facility.

What is the shelf life of the colouring cookie Kits?
Cookies have a 6 month shelf life un-opened. They are best enjoyed within 1 week of opening.
You can also freeze the cookies after opening and take them out as you'd like! They take about 1 hour to come to room temperature and can be frozen for up to 1 year. 
Please note we do not recommend freezing the markers.
Is there an order minimum?
We do not have an order minimum to participate in a fundraiser with us. There are minimums to be met to qualify for free shipping (see below for shipping information).
How much profit do we make?
Your organization earns 35% profit on every kit sold! 
For example, on a $20 kit (tax included), you will earn $7 profit! 
Where do you ship to?
We happily provide fundraising and ship our colouring cookie kits to all provinces and territories in Canada. We believe that cookies are for everyone! 
what does it cost to ship?
Orders over our *fundraising total minimums are shipped at no cost (yep, free shipping!). Invoices less than the *fundraising total minimum will be subject to shipping charges and deducted from the final cheque we issue to you. 

*Fundraising Total = Value of cookies sold. 
Example: You sold 100 kits at $20 per kit = $2000 in Fundraising Total

How long does an order take to ship?
Once your fundraiser has finished it's run time, it usually takes 2 weeks for production (can be up to 3 weeks during busy seasons) + shipping time. We are shipping from our manufacturing facility in Edmonton, Alberta. Depending on where you are located in Canada it can take anywhere from 2-7 days to arrive to you.
What if there is a damaged or missing product on delivery?
If you receive a damaged product, please e-mail us as soon as possible with as much information as you can: group name, seller/customer name & number, quantity and name of item(s). We will investigate and either replace the product or provide a refund (see tab below for refund information). 

For missing products, we do recommend waiting 3-4 days before contacting us as in most cases someone else has taken the product home by mistake; however, at the end of the day we will make sure everyone has received their full orders! 
What is your refund/return policy?
Due to Health and Safety regulations we are not able to accept returns for any reason outside of quality issues. We will do our best to offer a replacement product due to errors in manufacturing, shipping or fulfillment. 

Refunds will only be given if the customer did not receive the product (missing product) after all orders have been handed out and confirmed OR if there is a quality issue and a refund is selected over a replacement.

Refunds will be returned to the customer's original form of online payment. If you have not received your refund after 5 business days, please first check with your credit card company prior to contacting us.
Is it possible to add late orders onto our final order?
Unfortunately once your fundraiser has wrapped up, we are not able to accept any late orders. PLEASE remind everyone that all orders MUST be placed by 11:59pm MST on the final day of the fundraiser.
How long should I run my fundraiser for?
We recommend running your fundraiser for 2-3 weeks.
