Due to Health and Safety regulations we are not able to accept returns for any reason outside of quality issues. We will do our best to offer a replacement product due to errors in manufacturing, shipping or fulfillment.
Refunds will only be given if the customer did not receive the product (missing product) after all orders have been handed out and confirmed OR if there is a quality issue and a refund is selected over a replacement.
Refunds will be returned to the customer's original form of online payment. If you have not received your refund after 5 business days, please first check with your credit card company prior to contacting us.
